With great pleasure we announce that List Technology AG has acquired BBA Innova AG with the aim of a targeted portfolio expansion into the belt and roll cooling technology. LIST Technology AG has set itself the task of maintaining and further developing forward-looking process engineering solutions in Switzerland and shaping the respective markets. With the acquisition of BBA Innova AG we execute further on this strategy. For BBA Innova AG this step means a sustainable succession plan and the preservation of continuity and reliability for its customers.
BBA Innova AG will continue to be based in Strengelbach. The entire staff, including the management, has been taken over. This guarantees continuity and stability for customers or business partners. The familiar contact persons remain the same and will continue to inspire with high-quality solutions in a personal, reliable, and committed manner.
For us as a company, the acquisition opens up promising prospects. On one hand, we can offer new products in the market segments we have built up in partnership with you.
