Since long, LIST KneaderReactors are in successful operation in many industrial recycling processes where valuable products are recovered and the actual wastes are treated such that they are ready for disposal or incineration. Most of these thermal processes have in common, that during the treatment, the product undergoes various states from liquid via pasty to dry. The unique ability of the robust LIST KneaderReactors to handle the various product states and phase changes in one single batch or continuous machine enables our customers to significantly lower their investment and operating costs and boost the profitability of their industrial production.
The recycling of a blend of diverse types of plastic is a growing market for the recycling industry. LIST has developed processes to devolatilize the recycled polymer to take the solvent content to values below the permissible limits.
