Optical Clear PMMA – Continuous Bulk Polymerization

We are proud that our team successfully finished the FAT for a pilot process to produce PMMA without using any organic solvent. Both, the self-contained process and unique recipes, have been developed by LIST Technology. We produced high quality optical clear PMMA even capable of light transmitting applications like optical fibers. This is guaranteed by the absence of solvents, very low content of rest-monomers and clean processing. The ability to produce very specific molecular weights in a wide range and up to very high Mw shows the great variability of this process. Thanks a lot, to the LIST Technology Team!
